This was my firs time using Sound by Design. We had them install a wall-mounted HDTV. They showed up on time, the price was right, and the equipment all works. We had the installer move the TV around until we found the right height, and he was happy to accommodate us. Everything turned out perfectly.

I was impressed that as difficult as the task became, they didn't give up. They kept on it until they were finished. I think they did a good job, and as far as pricing goes, I thought they were fair. It was a good experience.

I maintain two stores in the Houston area from another state. David has helped me with Sound systems, video, computer and anything else I have asked of him. He is always quick to respond when I have a problem and oversees every job personally until I am happy. Prices are reasonable too.

Sound By Design gave us same day service. We messed up something with our TV, called them in the morning, and they said they could be at our house that afternoon. They came at the time mentioned and came up with alternatives for us. They fixed it essentially, so I can't really complain.

It was the owner David and his assistant that came out. They were very professional and gave us good customer service. They do the work and the prices are fair. It didn't seem outrageous to me. They also give you a lot of options, so you're in control of what you want to do.

David mounted my TV in a very professional manner over the mantel and it looks great.
